人魚だけに、水餃子

皮から水餃子❤️


先日、皮から水餃子を作りました🎵

種はキャベツとニラ、豚バラと豚ミンチです🌸


皮は強力粉のお水☺️


つるりんトロンでとても美味しかったですよ🎵

でも個人的にもう少し皮が厚い方が好きなので、次回はもう少し分厚くしてみます✨


もう一品は陳ケンイチさんの麻婆豆腐

こちらは、レシピ通りだと薄かったので、アレンジしてます🍀でも美味しかった💓

I cooked boiled gyoza

the day before yesterday❤️


I started making them from gyoza sheet.

l put cabbage、Chinese chive、Pork belly and Minced pork in it.


I made the gyoza sheet made of Strong flour and water.


So it was so soft and smooth and melted in the mouth.

but I actually like thicker skin.next time I will make them thicker.


And other menu was Mabo tofu.

It became a little light taste,so I arranged it.


it was yammy,too.
